File Format Information / Media Type
We Currently accept the following media:
- 1.4MB Floppy (Mac/PC)
- 100MB & 250MB ZIP Disks (Mac/PC)
- CD's (Mac/PC)File Compression
When emailing files, use a file compression program. Stuffit Deluxe, Dropstuff, WinZip, or PKZip.
File Programs Accepted: (Native format preferred)
- Quark Xpress (Mac/PC) - up to version 6.0 1. Include ALL fonts used
2. Include ALL art used
- Illustrator (Mac/PC) up to CS
Convert all type to outlines
- Pagemaker (Mac/PC) - up to version 7
1. Include ALL fonts used
2. Include ALL art used
- Photoshop (Mac/PC) - up to CS
- Microsoft Publisher (PC) - 2003
Pack and Go
- Microsoft Office (PC) - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
1. Word: Embed fonts - (go to tools/options and embed fonts checked)
2. Does not separate
3. Include ALL art
- Adobe Acrobat (Mac/PC) up to version 6 Professional
1. PDF's - allows small text changes
2. Separations possible for some files
3. Embed ALL fonts
Export Formats:
- EPS - Convert all fonts to outline or include fonts with file
- TIF - Bitmap or Grayscale
- JPEG - Usually low res images, best used on screen and not for print - does not separate.
